  • ¼ cup Sake
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar.
  2. Add minced garlic and sesame oil. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
