  • 1 cup Red bean paste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Agar powder
  • 1 cup Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine water and agar powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. 2. Add sugar and continue to stir until fully dissolved.
  3. 3. Add red bean paste and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. 5. Once firm, cut into slices and serve.
