  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over them.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice and vegetables.
