  • 4 fillets White fish such as cod or halibut
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
