  • 500 g Broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Add the broccoli to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  4. 4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
