Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan and swirl to spread evenly.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
