Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Vegetable oil (for frying)
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, frying until golden brown on both sides.
6. Remove the donuts from the oil and place them on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
