Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots, bell pepper, and zucchini. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
