  • 500 g Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, and grated ginger.
  2. 2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the marinated chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
