Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • ¼ cup Sesame Seeds toasted
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale and julienned carrots.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the dressing over the kale and carrots, and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the salad and serve immediately.
