Instructions
1. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the rice, soy sauce, mirin, and chicken broth to the pan. Stir well.
5. Transfer everything to a rice cooker and cook according to the rice cooker's instructions.
6. Once done, fluff the rice and serve hot.
