  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Bonito flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Kombu dried seaweed

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, lemon juice, and mirin.
  2. Add bonito flakes and kombu to the mixture.
  3. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  4. Let the sauce sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Strain the sauce to remove the bonito flakes and kombu before serving.
