Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 Strawberries medium-sized, hulled
  • 1 cup Sweet red bean paste
  • 1 cup Mochiko (sweet rice flour)
  • cup Water
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Wrap each strawberry with a thin layer of red bean paste. Set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix mochiko, water, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir with a rubber spatula.
  4. Microwave for another 1-2 minutes until the dough becomes slightly translucent.
  5. Dust a baking sheet with cornstarch. Transfer the dough onto the sheet and let it cool slightly.
  6. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Flatten each piece and wrap it around the prepared strawberries.
  7. Dust with more cornstarch if needed. Serve and enjoy!
