Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sake, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
  2. Place chicken thighs in the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve the chicken with steamed rice and vegetables.
