- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sake, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
Place chicken thighs in the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve the chicken with steamed rice and vegetables.
